Smoothies are a great way to get your five a day even if you 'like not' fruits. Packed with great nutrients and vitamins you would be doing your body a lot of good whiles enjoying a very tasty treat. My fruit basket is always getting a top up as there are several delicious ways I can enjoy them.Grate them into a plain yoghurt or a pancake,add them to cereals, make a fruit kebab or make a SMOOTHIE!
Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen grapes
1 overripe banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen grapes
1 overripe banana
1/2 cup
pear
1/2 cup
whole milk
1
teaspoon of sugar or honey
A pinch
of cinnamon
Directions
Cut up fruits and freeze them, leave them to thaw for 10 minutes to make it easier to blend.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add a pinch of cinnamon and serve right away.
