Most people know that fish is good for you, but what about other seafood? As it turns out, scallops, in addition to their delectable taste, contain a variety of nutrients that can promote your cardiovascular health, plus provide protection against colon cancer.
Ingredients
· 1 teaspoon olive oil
· 1 large red onion, sliced
1/2 teaspoon Eva's Kitchen ground black pepper
· 1 tablespoon Eva's Kitchen All Purpose Seasoning
· 1 garlic clove
· 3/4 pound fresh scallops
· 1 to 2 teaspoons soy sauce
· 1/2 teaspoon Eva's Kitchen dried parsley
· 1 tablespoon of Lemon juice
Directions
Marinate scallops in Eva's Kitchen black pepper, Eva's Kitchen All Purpose Seasoning and Eva's Kitchen dried parsley.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over high heat. Sauté onions and chopped garlic for 3 minutes. Add scallops and fry for a minute, turn over for another 30 seconds.
Drizzle lemon juice over and serve immediately.
