Potato and Spinach Casserole


If you are a spinach lover you would loove this dish!

Ingredients

7 large potatoes, peeled and cut in quarters
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup single cream
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese



Directions
Prepare a sauce with spinach, single cream,butter,green onions,salt and pepper

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.Add potatoes and cook until tender for about 15 minutes.
Combine spinach sauce with boiled potatoes,spoon into greased casserole dish

Preheat oven to 200 °C; bake for 15 minutes.
Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.



                                                          Serve with sunny top egg.
